ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Upon First Use

This Acceptable Use Policy governs all access to and use of iStunt.com, iStunt Mobile, and the iStunt Directory (collectively, the Platform). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings assigned in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

I. Purpose of This Policy

The Platform operates as a professional directory and registry. This Policy exists to protect the integrity, safety, legality, and professional standards of the Platform, its users, and third parties.

II. Prohibited Conduct

You may not engage in any activity that interferes with, disrupts, harms, or abuses the Platform, its users, or third parties.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable law or regulation

• Misrepresenting identity, credentials, or professional experience

• Impersonating any person or entity

• Using the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

• Circumventing security or access controls

• Interfering with Platform operations, performance, or availability

• Scraping, harvesting, or collecting data without authorization

III. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, post, transmit, or distribute content that:

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Contains copyrighted material without authorization

• Displays watermarks or altered ownership indicators

• Violates confidentiality obligations

• Is false, misleading, or materially inaccurate

• Is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing

• Promotes illegal activity or exploitation

• Contains malware, spyware, or malicious code

IV. Professional Standards and Accuracy

Users are responsible for ensuring all profile information, credits, resumes, and representations are accurate and lawful.

Posting false credits, fabricated experience, confidential project details, or unannounced productions is prohibited.

iStunt reserves the right to correct, remove, or modify inaccurate or misleading content.

V. Communications and Solicitation

You may not use the Platform to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages outside permitted functionality

• Harass or repeatedly contact users without consent

• Circumvent user communication preferences

• Use contact information obtained through the Platform for spam or bulk outreach

Communications must comply with the Terms of Service and applicable law.

VI. Use of Platform Data

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Platform data

• Compile user information into external databases

• Use Platform data for competitive intelligence or resale

Public visibility does not grant ownership or reuse rights.

VII. Security and Integrity

You may not attempt to:

• Access accounts or data without authorization

• Probe, scan, or test Platform vulnerabilities

• Introduce malicious software or code

VIII. Enforcement and Remedies

iStunt reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Remove or restrict content

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• Limit visibility or access

• Investigate suspected violations

• Cooperate with legal authorities

Enforcement actions may be taken without notice.

IX. No Expectation of Monitoring

iStunt does not actively monitor all user activity or content. Failure to enforce this Policy in a particular instance does not constitute a waiver of rights.

X. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iStunt from any claims arising from your violation of this Policy, misuse of the Platform, or unlawful conduct.

XI. Policy Updates

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
