Merchant, Subscription, and Financial Terms
Effective Upon First Use or Purchase
These Terms and Conditions govern all financial transactions, subscriptions, billing practices, refunds, and payment related matters associated with iStunt.com, iStunt Mobile, and the iStunt Directory (collectively, the Platform). These Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall control.
By purchasing, subscribing, renewing, or otherwise engaging in any paid service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
iStunt offers optional paid subscriptions and services. Access levels, pricing, features, and availability may change at any time at iStunt’s sole discretion. No purchase is required to search the Platform.
All subscriptions are personal, non transferable, and tied to the registered account holder.
By providing payment information, you authorize iStunt and its payment processors to charge all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals to your selected payment method.
Payment processing is handled by third party processors. iStunt does not store or control sensitive payment credentials.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Renewal charges occur without additional notice
Pricing in effect at the time of renewal applies
Failure to cancel constitutes authorization to continue billing
Expired, suspended, or inactive accounts may still be billed until cancellation is completed.
You may cancel your subscription through the designated account process or by contacting iStunt directly. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund fees already paid unless expressly stated.
It is your responsibility to confirm cancellation completion.
Refund eligibility, if any, is limited and discretionary.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
An eight day satisfaction guarantee may apply to new subscriptions
Refund requests outside stated periods are evaluated at iStunt’s sole discretion
Partial billing periods are non refundable
Usage of services may void refund eligibility
iStunt is not obligated to issue refunds for dissatisfaction, lack of usage, or misunderstanding of features.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting iStunt constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
iStunt reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts involved in disputes
Recover associated fees, costs, and penalties
Submit evidence to payment processors
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with your purchase or use of paid services.
iStunt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to paid services for:
Non payment
Billing disputes
Violations of platform policies
Suspected fraud or abuse
Suspension or termination does not entitle you to a refund.
iStunt does not guarantee visibility, employment, bookings, inquiries, or professional outcomes. All services are provided on an as is basis without performance guarantees.
You expressly consent to receive billing, payment, renewal, and account related communications via email, phone, or text as outlined in the Terms of Service.
iStunt reserves the right to modify pricing, features, billing cycles, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes apply prospectively. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, iStunt shall not be liable for any damages arising from billing issues, payment processing errors, service interruptions, or account access changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
