If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.
iStunt operates as a professional stunt industry directory and registry. iStunt is not an agency, does not represent talent, does not procure employment, and does not negotiate contracts. The platform is free to search. Third parties including coordinators, producers, studios, agencies, and employers may independently contact users directly.
Any referral assistance or character references provided are informational only and do not constitute representation or endorsement.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iStunt from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your content or alleged infringement.
By submitting content, you grant iStunt a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, publish, and promote such content in any media or format now known or later developed without compensation or attribution.
You grant iStunt full administrative access to your profile, including the right to edit, correct, crop, update, supplement, complete, publish, unpublish, or otherwise modify profile content and settings at its sole discretion.
iStunt may use publicly available information to complete incomplete profiles. You waive all claims arising from administrative actions taken in good faith.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds, guarantees, and billing terms are governed by the Terms and Conditions. Chargebacks or payment disputes constitute a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Your use of the platform is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension, removal of content, or termination without notice.
The platform and all services are provided as is and as available. iStunt disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in state or federal courts located in Nevada. iStunt reserves the right to bring action in your jurisdiction if necessary.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of iStunt.
You may not assign your rights or obligations without written consent. iStunt may assign freely.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and iStunt regarding use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
