Stunt Directory, (“iStunt”, or “we”, or “our”, or “us”) has created this Privacy Policy to thoroughly explain how we collect, protect and store use your information. You can choose not to share your information with third parties. When you limit the ways we can use your Personal Information, some or all of the Services may not be available to you. We use your Personal Information for the following purposes:

When you want to add the iStunt link or your personal iStunt Profile link to your website or participate in a future affiliate program, we require certain information from you. Such information may include your contact, website and payment information, and information about your referrals. We share this information with our service providers or partners to the extent necessary to continue to provide you with the Services. We cannot provide you with Services without such information.
To provide customer service. When you contact us with questions, concerns, feedback, disputes, or issues, we process your Personal Information so we can respond to you in a timely manner and resolve any issues. If we do not process your Personal Information, we cannot respond to your requests and ensure your continued use of the Services. We also have full right to login to your personal profile to help you update, or to fix errors, like upside down photos, typos, etc.

You always have the option to ask iStunt not to contact you with this information again. If you receive unsolicited email from an iStunt domain after opting out, please contact us at info@iStunt.com. Only JD will be in contact with you. He may do so from many different emails. We cannot stop random people from emailing you if your settings are set to public. That is your choice and we still think the best choice. Since many people in casting are not members of iStunt, you will be hindering the ease of communications by hiding your phone number. We feel, in this day and age, ALL of our information is somewhere to be found and these types will find it anyway. But its not worth losing work on a Film, Video Game, or Television production because your data is not there to see. We recommend getting a google number (Google Voice) or other free number that forwards to your cell phone.

Our service providers are required to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative safeguards to protect the security and confidentiality of the Personal Information you provide to us. However, even the best security measures are not foolproof and we cannot guarantee that loss, misuse, unauthorized acquisition, or alteration of your data will not occur. We cannot ensure or warrant the security or confidentiality of the Personal Information you transmit to or receive from us by Internet or wireless connection, including email, phone, or SMS because we have no way of protecting that information that is out of our control. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. 19. Users Outside the U.S. and the Designated Countries
This section only applies to individuals who do not reside in the United States, the European Economic Area, Switzerland or United Kingdom. We primarily store data about you, including personal information, on servers located an operated within the United States. If you reside outside of the United States, to provide an operate the Services, we may send and store your personal information outside of the country where you reside or are located, to the United States. Customers control how they use Customer End User information obtained via the use of iStunt's Services. It is your responsibility to ensure you are processing Customer End User information in compliance with applicable laws. Legal bases for processing Personal Information: We describe our legal bases for processing in Section 5 (“Use & Purpose”) and Section 7 (“Further Disclosure”) of this Privacy Policy. We may process your Personal Information if you consent to the processing, to satisfy our legal obligations, if it is necessary to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts we entered with you or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you, as necessary to protect your vital interests, as necessary to process in the public interest, or for our legitimate interests to protect our property, rights or safety of iStunt, our employees, our customers or others.
Marketing: If you are located in the Designated Countries and are a current iStunt User or Customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (such as email or SMS) in accordance with your communication preferences and/or with information about our Services that are similar to the Services you previously purchased from us or negotiated to purchase from us. iStunt tries its best to be a participant in the Privacy Shield and has self-certified to the Privacy Shield Frameworks. iStunt confirms its commitment to comply with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework to the best of its known ability and the Swiss – U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Information from the European Union (including the European Economic Area) and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. We are always striving to be compliant and certified with all levels and the DOC that it adheres to each of the Privacy Shield Principles: Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability.
